They met us within 10 mins, location, kitchen set up. washing facilities. parking, unbrellas - All very good.

late fee of 30 Euro's being 8.30pm. Pillows were really bad. Flat one and one too hard and high. Matress was pretty inferior. For the most important peice of furniture in accomodation, it doesnt take much to supply a good mattress and a better seletion of pillows.

Andrea was very helpful and friendly. He also offered a discount at a local restaurant which was also where I had one of the best meals of my trip. The accommodation was very clean, lots of natural light and in a great location.

Getting there was quite a challenge. If you accidentally miss the turn off to the accommodation as I did, you quickly enter a one-way system which requires a bit of a lap (Google maps showed it to be a 1-minute walk or a 97-minute drive involving more ferries! Thankfully it was more like a 6 minute drive) The walk from the entrance gate to the front door involves a very steep but short walk which might cause mobility issues for some people.

Sehr schönes geräumiges Apartment 6 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum Bellagio entfernt. Das Apartment ist komplett eingerichtet, verfügt über 2 Badezimmer und einen privaten Parkplatz. Andrea ist ein perfekter und herzlicher Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation hat weit über die Schlüsselübergabe gereicht, wir haben auch Lokaltipps mit Sonderkonditionen erhalten.

Tudo era extremamente limpo, perto de todo o centro de Bellagio, super acomodativo e sem sombra de dúvida que não hesitaria em voltar a ficar. Tinha tudo o que era necessário para cozinhar e etc! 10/10
