Central 2 BR apt - large balcony by Zodiak Stays

Pas de petit déjeuné dans la prestation. L'emplacement est très bien situé.

Les plaques de cuisson s'allument mais ne chauffent quasiment plus, ou très peu.

- Great location, very close to lots of eateries and convenience stores. - Good little balcony with table and chairs that gets afternoon sun - Plenty of dishes and cups available for use. - Two bathrooms. - Small Gym and pool on same floor. - Nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash - Comfortable but small beds - Good range of appliances available for use - chocolates in fridge nice touch

- shared hallway out of lifts stunk like hot garbage and urine the duration of the stay (the apartment itself smelt fine) - The beds, while comfy, were not “large” double beds - they were standard doubles. - The smaller room bathroom would be challenging to use if you had mobility issues or if you were a larger person. - we were so conscious about how rickety/not well constructed things were around the apartment, felt like they could break any minute. (The broken window from 2023, the coffee table, the cushion box on balcony, sliding door to small bedroom, the pictures hanging on the walls) - Having to collect the keys offsite (not a big deal, just frustrating) - not enough seating/table option indoors if poor weather outside - sofa not very comfortable and had a stale sweat smell

Perfect location. I chose it specifically for the balcony which was great.

Bedrooms pretty small and ensuite not suited to a tall person. Could do with a deep clean and some better storage.

Furniture, fans and window broken. We tried to communicate this to staff and just got ignored. Wouldn't recommend it. Apartment not in the condition you would expect from the photos

Super bien placé mais dommage les chaises de la terrasse été cassées on a pas pu profiter de cette belle terrasse

Great location, bed was comfortable. Ema from customer services was very helpful and provided a step stool to assist with accessing the higher shelves and microwave.

Broken window in nearer bedroom. Microwave, glasses and some other kitchen ware was above head height so dangerous or impossible to reach. The better bedroom was cold and had a loose tap fixture in the bathroom.
