It was a great place to be staying at. Close to everything that we needed. We will stay here again when we visit Auckland.

Great central spot. Easy parking, indoor warm pool, spa and sauna . Comfy bed. Small place but everything was good

From the pics I thought it had easy ocean views

Location was good and clean

The oven didn’t work so had to go out and buy an air fryer to cook meals. No instructions how to use the facilities. No contact details to get help

Great location. Place was lovely and clean and tidy.

A little difficult to get into in the dark but good once I knew where I was going.

As I wasn't available, my husband meet that person but he rang me, which was really cool, love the communication

There was no map or directions to say how to get to the gym & pool area.

Thank you for the milk, coffee and oil and pepper, good to start the day without having to rush to the supermarket first thing in the morning. A comfortable bed and bedding, comfortable chairs and couch, a good shower, a very good ventilation system, excellent and beautiful outdoors premises, great air con system and okay views. Mostly good communication with Zodiak through the online chat. A centrally located apartment, about 20 minutes walk distance to town, 10 minutes to Parnell and soundings and easy to drive off in all directions.

The Internet is appalling getting all the time interrupted. Affected all areas from morning till evening: music, TV, Internet search... The light bulb under the couch switches off after an hour or so, which leaves you reading in twilight. Gadgets are too old or on the brink of death, that's not a responsibility that a tenant needs, unless it has been spoken about. I was afraid to break something whilst using it. The tumble dryer is not working, the kettle lid was broken, the toaster belongs to a museum, the detergent dispenser of the dishwasher doesn't open up whilst washing, the shower hanging rack is so rusty that all my shower bottles are stamped with an apartment souvenir on them. Some chopping machine up in the cupboard didn't even turn on, the hairdryer works but it's also an old piece which I'm afraid to break... A couple of wooden spoons would be useful to cook with. A few more clothe hangers (normal, big ones) would have been great. It is too loud due to outside noise. There are trucks, motorbikes, sports cars showing off their motors racing through and normal road traffic, which is loud enough. And more over the last two weeks there were road works starting at 10 pm. The windows of this apartment are not made to withstand that kind of noise. On arrival, after two days travelling and two hours on the queue for items to declare we had to spend another hour in the sun trying to fill out a form (without nz internet or our nz numbers activated yet) and making the deposit payments that I'd already done from home in Germany. I wasn't sure if the deposit payment had gone through so at the time (still in Germany) I asked about that. They wanted to come back to me with that but the question was never answered. I think you checked on the apartment payment but not on the deposit payment which is a misunderstanding but that caused me unnecessary stress on arrival.

The apartment had everything we needed. Could relax with the security and the pool was awesome
