pls read below. the place is central and the air on works well.

I rarely complain but Zodiak Facility Management was really naughty! We had booked our stay for 3 people. when we arrived, there was no linen and bedding to use for our son (third person). I had him stay at a friends place for one night asking them to course correct. They ignored my message. therefore my son rented Sth. else. when I shared that at the end all they did was hesitantly apologize. that is just not enough and unacceptable which is why I am planning to extend this complain to Booking. com
