Lovely 2 bedroom apt in Ballater on the River Dee

A very nice clean and warm apartment. The rooms were nicely furnished and the double bed was very comfortable. The location is ideal for Ballater centre, trips to Loch Muick and the local Munro's.

There was no view of the River from this apartment.

Location, cleanliness, handy to have dishwasher and washing machine

Shame had no view, no freezer, one of lamps in bedroom didn't work (not bulb issue), tin opener needs replacing!

Lovely little apartment perfect for a short break.my family are from Ballater and nice to stay in the monaltrie after eating here when it was a hotel/restaurant years ago.

Very comfortable, clean and tidy apartment. All the cooking items you would need, with no unnecessary clutter. Good location, nice and warm (possibly a bit too warm at times!).

Kitchen is a bit on the small side, although this is a very minor point.

We were contacted about a broken bed before we arrived but wanted to stay anyway. On arrival we saw that bed was bent in the middle but we sourced bricks and proped it up which did work. Not the best of beds but did the job for our 3nights stay.
