Apartment City Center

Great location, good value, clean

Gas water heater didn’t work (despite following owner instructions to get it going) , so had no hot water. Payment required in cash (would have been easier to go through booking.com than align a meeting with owner.

It's fantastic apartment

It's on the 5th floor, with our lift and with luggage it becomes crazy

Perfect location, nice apartment, the owner was quick to respond and nice.

Just two small hand-towels were provided. I came alone so I could use the second towel for taking a shower, but if I had someone with me it wouldn't be enough.

Nothing

The apartment is highly unsanitary. There is dust and spider nets on the walls, smells like heavy cigarette smoke, and, on top of everything there were two huge cockroaches on the bedroom walls. We called the owner immediately and requested a cancellation and refund of our stay for the next day, which they said was not possible but agreed to refund us 50% of the night we weren't even going to spend there anymore.

Apartment is exactly in the city center so if location matters to you this might suit you. The owner was polite and collecting the key was very easy.

Apartment to my eye doesn't look the same as on the pictures. The owner asked of me to send him a picture of my ID even though all my information is available on Booking.com. Cleanliness is very poor, dust all over the apartment and there are spider webs on the ceiling... I can count on the fingers of one hand how many kitchen utensils are there, literally not even a kitchen cloth. No hairdryer, no slippers, not enough towels, 3 glasses, nothing to shower with... The light in the kitchen does not work even though on the pictures its working. Also, on the pictures, stairs for attic are shown but the room upstairs is unusable and even dirtier than the apartment downstairs. Very spacious apartment but the space is used very poorly... To add in the end, the apartment is on the last floor and the building doesn't have an elevator so be ready to burn some calories.

The place is great, good location. But unfortunately the flat is on last floor and there is no elevator.

A lot of stairs and there isn't a elevator in the building so if you have heavy stuffs it's not comfortable also there are a lot of stairs.
