Apartment City Center

Lovely light apartment in heart of Stari Grad. Absolutely amazing location, nice design and charming owner.

I was absolutely shocked with dirty. In my bed was hairs of previous guests - had a proof when clean ladies came after my checking out and were cleaning up an apartment in front of my eyes. They really didn't change the bed wear - just tided up and added new towels. Dust was somewhere. Brocken furniture.

Location couldn’t be better. Host great. For people staying for a few nights there are stuff in the kitchen that could come in handy.

Some stuff couls be fixed for one afternoon, mostly tighten them with a screwdriver.

Location is perfect

There are few things that were problematic 1) there were croton bugs in the toilet and sleeping room, 2) there was only one glass in the apartment, no trash bin, no soap...3) people leave trash in front of the door and on staircase so the smell is awful

Only location was great it is in the city center. It is also close to big garage which is placed in Obilicev venac. Also it is spacious.

It was horrible experience. I booked this property on the day of arrival. First of all, person who I talked with was very pleasent, but when I entered apartment it was horrible experience. I booked for one person which was 50EUR even though apartment was for more than 1 person (4 i would say so), when i entered apartment there were stairs for small room upstairs, I wanted to see how it looks. When i entered there were used sheets, opened window (as someone was there few moments ago) and used can of Coca Cola. To be true the room I planned to stay was ready, but this was creepy. I called my contact person and he was surprised and told me that he will call the person who is in charge for that. After few minutes he called me and told me that he just told them that it is horrible, but the lady who cleaned apartment that day couldnt get upstairs because she is FAT????? Beside that he told me, why did u arrived so late??? (Didnt know there is particular time when i have to come to the place i payed for?) I was like, im going out of this apartment as it is creepy, which I did. I never get reimbursment of the money I payed even though he told me I will get it. Please dont go to this place.
