Perfect! Everything we needed. A big bed which slept very well. Matras not to soft not to hard. A kitchenette and table with chairs and a bathroom. All good enough for the time you will spend in the room. Airco worked very well. Host was super kind, gave recommadations to restaurants and they were good! Instructies were very clear. And again location is amazing. Just around the corner a bakery and actually the whole city center! Ferry is only 5 minutes away. I would recommand this place to anyone.

Best location, so close to everything incl restaurants, boat tours, supermarket & with a great view overlooking the lake. The apartment had two sun beds, a comfortable double bed & very efficient (& quite) air conditioning. The host provided clear guidance of how to obtain the keys etc and also offered a space for parking (at extra charge) which was very appreciated since parking is very hard to find elsewhere in Belaggio city centre. The host also pro-actively asked us to reach out whenever we needed.

The actual accommodation would sit average, however it would not be fair to compare it with much more expensive places we stay.

Excellent location, excellent and very helpful host, with great communication. Everything is fully functional.

Insufficient natural light. This is the only thing I wish could be improved.

The only negative was having nowhere to hang up clothes.

Excellent location. That's what you're paying for here. Short walk to shops and restaurants, and the ferry. Beautiful view of the lake from the front door as well, and outside lounge chairs to relax on. Easy check in with keys in a lock box. Host Leonardo was very responsive to messages and anything we needed. He provided 2 extra pillows upon my request before we arrived as I'd noticed several other people had complained about only having 2 total pillows before. Parking spot in garage under apartment was good to have. The shower was good. Decent water pressure, good shower head and on demand hot water so it does not run out. Bars of soap are provided but no shampoo or conditioner so make sure you bring your own if needed. Wifi worked well. Windows have metal shutters that can be put down and block light but still allow air to flow. We did this at night and did not need the A/C. Windows can be completely open otherwise (but there are no screens). There did not seem to be any bugs anyway. Very cute and friendly neighbor cat that we enjoyed petting. There is a clothes drying rack which was handy (I washed some clothes in the sink).

This place is VERY dated and old fashioned, as many non-hotel accommodations in Italy are. The bed is very hard and pretty uncomfortable. One of the main things we had a problem with was the smell of the apartment, it just did not smell fresh and clean. The fact that smoking is allowed inside is most likely the cause of the odor (they have a sign asking people to please smoke near an open window). Smoking should not be allowed inside, period. Especially since there is such a beautiful front garden with seating. The bedding needs to be completely replaced and probably the a/c filter as well, as the a/c blew air that smelled like old cigarette smoke so it was unusable for us. Fortunately the weather was cool enough that it was not needed anyway. I have raised these concerns with the owner and he was very apologetic and willing to try and fix these issues. Also, as much as this place costs, for the quality you get, I feel that charging 24 euros per day for parking is unreasonable considering the garage will sit empty otherwise anyway.

The place is a short walking distance of Bellagio city center and has a nice view. It was comfortable enough but not fancy. Good value and it has private parking which is a bonus in Bellagio.

The bathroom could use some help and kitchen wasn't well stocked for cooking.
