Located a very short distance from town centre. Excellent view. Very secure with roller shutters on windows. Good value for money.

Nothing of note that I didn’t like.

I'd argue you won't find a better location in Bellagio. A stone throw from the main street full of restaurants. But still quiet and private. A lovely surprise view of the mountains and lake from the bedroom window. We loved having our own entrance door and little garden area. The locals are so lovely too. The host was friendly and talked us through everything. The apartment is very typical Italian. It isn't modern but we love the authenticity. Some might not. It is however clean and spacious.

Complimentary coffee and tea would have been a bonus. A second pillow would have been better.

The property is very well positioned, close to the pier and restaurants. Clean and comfortable, it has many home appliances that make your stay nice and comfortable. The view from the garden is also excellent!

The one thing that takes a point out off 10/10 is the bathroom. The ceiling has some mold on it and the shower doors don’t close all the way (we managed not to get all the floor wet though).

What an amazing view! Great location in centre of Bellagio. The area felt safe and the complex secure. Check in was extremely easy. The host met us at the entrance and gave us a good overview of the facilities. Bathtub was a nice treat after a few long days with lots of walking!

The apartment is located part way up a steep hill full of cobblestone stairs. Even as mid 20 year olds, we found it extremely difficult to get our suitcases up to the top. Would not recommend staying here with large luggage without a car. There was also no grocery store nearby in Bellagio which meant we did not cook in the kitchen at all. Pillows were quite flat and uncomfortable (however that could just be personal preference).

Casina is in an amazing location, right off the famous Salita Serbelloni. That being said, even being so close, it’s very peaceful and the view is gorgeous. The owners communicated well and were friendly.

The bed wasn’t the worst I’ve slept on but it could have been more comfortable. That’s just personal preference. There was a bit of mildew in the bathroom.

Location. TOP Location with a garden in the front of the room and two sunbeds for you to relax. A dining table with 4 chairs in the room for you to have a cozy dinner in-room. The room was spacious and location is central to everything.

The room and utilities were not the cleanest. There were crumbs on the carpet, lime-scale deposits in the water boiler, and mole in the bathroom ceiling. It just felt like someone was just there and then we checked in right after. Glasses and food utensils weren't entirely cleaned, had to wash it all over again.
