Could do with more kitchen utensils

Not enough bin bags and no top up on loo roll and crappy shampoo and conditioner little things like a shower cap..... No fresh towels mid week. Minor I know but it's the little things

Great location, good facilities, comfortable beds

Finger marks on appliances. Ranch sliders had cotton buds inside them, glass on windows were not clean.Had a problem with getting my keys on sunday and poor communication.

Property was in a good location, working aircon and had parking.

It wasn’t clean, the whole apartment needs a deep clean. Felt like bear minimum was put into making the stay comfortable. The ironing board was warped and useless, we only got 1 towel per guest even though there is a pool. 1 of the towels had a hole in it. Not enough toilet paper for the stay. The shower head was very calcified, making the shower sting. One of the elevators was broken making for a delayed trip down. The couches are stained and smelled.

It was “tidy” but the unit is not cleaned throughout it’s actually quite disgusting

Great views of the city, large living spaces and bedrooms.

It was not really clean. There was a large brown patch and stain on the blue bed spread. There was build up on the shower handles, large amounts of dust everywhere along skirting boards and ceiling, carpet was visibly dirty, AC was not working like it should when we arrived and throughout our stay. Couch had multiple stains and quite gross to sit on.

Great space, bigger then expected, beautiful views, clean and offered everything we needed.

Unfortunately there was an incident during our stay on another floor, this resulted in us being unable to access out from for 3+ hours, with children and the switch in cold weather it was very inconvenient, however understand this was no fault of the host.

Great views, above average but not exceptional cleanliness, I informed them to give the place a thorough clean, good customer service. The views are really impressive and stunning though, had a great view of Brisbane. Close to most things. Right next to the arts precinct. The place is well equipped. Recommended, especially for its views.

Facilities look nice but actually quite broken ( toilet seat). Towels are quite old and not sure it clean or not. I have to wash before using.
