Best of the best Southbank NY Fireworks River View

The views were amazing. Good sized kitchen . Good location

Confusion about where property was as hadn't received an email by the time we had arrived. TV remote broken No glasses in cupboards

Cleanliness was terrible.. towels had holes in it. Poor directions on key collection. Communication was hard.

The place was poorly cleaned. The surfaces that had been wiped over were wiped with a dirty cloth. Most surfaces had not been dusted in a very, very long time. The AC vents had dust build up with the control panel showing that it needed cleaning. The carpet was all stained from goodness knows what. The front of the fridge was dirty and dented everywhere. The lounge was disgustingly filthy. The remote was broken for the TV so I messaged the contact, I was told it would be fixed the next day and gave permission to access the property but nothing happened. The view was nice but all we heard all night was emergency service vehicles, trains, horns, cars and motorbikes. I would definitely not stay again or recommend this place.
