No hot water!

The property is located near the center of Brussels, just about 1,2 kilometer by foot from the Grand Place and Manneken Pis

However, to reach the apartment, guests must climb four flights of a small, steep, and narrow wooden staircase. The amenities provided by the host are very basic compared to the usual standards for rental spaces in Europe. The toilet seat is not securely attached to the wall and shakes when used. The bathroom has a nylon curtain, and the drain is very slow, causing water to frequently leak into the surrounding area.

Location to event we attended.

Dirty. Dirty clothes in drawers. Mess in kitchen cupboard. Given WiFi password that didn’t connect us. Only 3 thin towels for 3 people. Very steep stairs to 5th floor. This walk up was not advertised.

Very close to the station, facilities are great and the heating was good, clean and safe

The pillows were poor, the stairs are narrow had to get the baggage 3floors by myself not so fun, and no soap in bathroom had to get my own

It’s at walkable distance from the city centre

The room was on the 5th floor and there was no hot water, you had to go to the ground floor to turn on the boiler.

The apartment is good it’s comfortable

It’s difficult to get hot water and the first night there was very noisy from downstairs

-Value for money -City centre 15 mins walk away -Flat was comfortable

-Flat is in the top floor of the building, with no lift. It was difficult to take the suitcases up, because the staircase is also very reduced. Consider this flat, if you do not have big suitcases with you. -Area feels OK during the day, but can be very lonely and does not feel that safe at night.

Location is great! The charming building and the apartment had heating. Nice space, enough for 2 couples.

The sheets of both beds were not ironed, there was no hot water nor bath towels. After complaining, the host got us both.
