B96 appart 2 bedrooms

There was no hot water.

The apartment situated at the third floor of a building was big enough for us , a family with 2 children. It has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a living room, a chitken and a bathroom. The second bedroom is on top of the roof and you can reach by climbing some stairs of a ladder from the living room. We called the man with the key 20 minutes before we arrived at the propriety and he expected us in front of the building. There is 1 km. from the propriety to the Grand Place.

There is a problem with hot water because we had hot water just a few minutes in the early mornings.

The house was clean and comfortable and it is also in a good location as it is 15 minutes by foot from the central square. The area is not very good, but we didn't encounter any problems.

The negatives of the house are that it is on the third floor and does not have an elevator, the stairs are very steep and narrow, so it is very tiring to go up if you have a stroller for a baby, it is impossible. Also one room does not have curtains as a result to wake up from 06:00. They provided for three adults and one baby only 3 small face towels.

Friendly host, easy walking distance to town. Good price too.

Spacious apartment close to city center

Very narrow steps, no lift. Climbing 3rd floor with luggage in such a narrow steps is a nightmare. Not recommendable for family with luggage and older people especially careful while booking 2 bedroom as it's located in 3rd floor, have to climb.

The apartment was located in a pretty central location, close to 10 minutes walking from Manekken Pis and Grande Plas. The bathroom was relatively clean. Free wifi.

We were given white towels to use which seemed dirty and not properly cleaned, they weren't even white, they had an off brown color and looked dirty and unwashed. We didn't use the towels at all. Bring your own towels if you want to shower or wash your face, the ones they gave us were terrible. The bedsheets seemed clean but they were not ironed and they were poorly put on the bed. The pillows seemed dirty, they weren't ironed at all. The bed was hastily and badly made. We ended up putting shirts on top of the pillows as we didn't want to lay our heads on them. The apartment was not properly cleaned or arranged. We wouldn't choose this apartment if we ever come back to Belgium. Not worth it.

It was clean and relatively close to the city center. We had all the facilities we needed

Location was good and it's good value for money

There was no hot water from day 2 of our stay, the host didn't reply to my message asking what was the problem and the person who handed us the keys came in at 6 in the morning to check if we had left already.

Great location. Sylvestre was really helpful and friendly. Basic, clean and functional.
