There were no instructions in English for anything except the lock — not for the heater, the induction stove, or the washing machine, which was the main reason I booked this place. The washing room is commonly used in the building, was filthy, and was surrounded by trash and old cleaning tools. I couldn't even find the light switch at night. When I accidentally dropped some clothes, they came up even dirtier. The shower head holder was broken, and the hot water barely dripped out. When I checked the cups and the bottom of the electric kettle, they were so dirty that I felt nauseous just wiping them with my hand. There was also a musty smell coming from old books, and I started feeling itchy all over. I’ve travelled for 13 years and have never stayed somewhere this bad. This stay was an absolute nightmare. I don't recommend the place. Booking.com should remove this property from its listings immediately.

Perfectly placed near to Midi/Zuid station. Host provided clear instructions to gain entry and key safe. Ample space and good facilities : tv,fridge, kettle, microwave, etc, Good “Okay City” supermarket just across the street.

Could only get cold water from Sink tap - but the shower was fine.

Lovely, comfortable apartment in the heart of town. Everything was well done and worked, lots of nice little touches. It's on the first floor, so easy to access, double glazed windows keep out any noise and the bed was super comfortable. Only a couple of minutes walk to the station and a supermarket is across the street. Lot's of kitchen equipment to prepare your own meals and there is a washing machine and dryer.

At the time of our stay there were problems with the heating, so we used the heater, but it did not fully cope with the work.with the windows closed you could hear everything happening on the street

A bit noise on the street

Only a few minutes walk from Brussels Midi train station, extremely convenient location. There's also a Metro nearby that takes you closer to the old town/City center. I opted to take the approximate 25 minute walk because there were so many cool old buildings to see on the way there. The room was comfortable and had everything i needed. Loved having coffee on the cute little balcony, too. There was a park nearby, about 7 minutes on foot, if you have children. It was a large and beautiful park, too. It's a great place to stay in Brussels, especially if you'll be needing to catch a train.

It got very cold on my first night and being from a foreign country, i wasn't sure how to turn the heat on. I know i could have messaged the property because they are so kind and responsive, but it wasn't a huge deal. It did not ruin the experience at all 😊

Roomy.. a little disappointed that the neighbor upstairs was constantly banging around. Good facilities

Neighbors. To much noise. And the locals were rather loud night owls 😁
