Superbe Studio au 1er étage, proche de la gare du Midi

A little noisy but nothing any host can do about that, we kept the windows closed & that helped

The apartment was well stocked. I especially liked that a washing machine was available.

The bed was very good (box spring). There is little noise at night.

The bathroom has no door. This might be an issue for two persons using the apartment. In the comments of other users, I read compains about the area. Even this is not a wealthy area, I always felt safe. Maybe basic stuff (like salt and oil) could be added in the kitchen.

Nice cozy studio. Very comfy beds. Well equipped kitchenette. Very close to the station so checkout and transportation was no issue.

The smell of sewage would greet us every time we returned to the room. It would leak from the toilet to the entire studio even when we had not been in the studio all day. A bit of a shady area but nothing happened.

The studio is good, the cleaning was perfect and the owner is very helpful and attentive. The price is fair.

The studio sorroundings and neigborhood is totally unsafe and dirty. There are many suspect people in the streets always watching you and if you are a woman, your problem will be even bigger! There are many people drinking and making noise at night in front of the studio also.

cozy and nice

there were people every night that stay until morning in front of the shop in the next buidling and they made a lot of noise and they were drinking and yelling. I cound't sleep well. It was too much noise so I coundn't rest.

extraordinary care, great location, close to the long range station, metro, shops and pubs. incredibly comfortable bed. two thumbs up !

It was clean, had everything you need (hairdryer, towels, kitchen utensils, different pillows, etc). It was really close to public transport and a short walk from the centre.

Toilet could smell sometimes due to the drainage system but not much could be done, just kept the door closed all the time and it was fine!
