"Just close this place"

Nothing

Everything was terrible. The place looked more like an Airbnb path than a hotel, it was just a room, and the way leading to the room was very scary and awful. The door lock didn’t work properly, there was cigarette ash everywhere, and the room looked nothing like the pictures. As soon as we entered and saw the condition, we immediately left and booked another hotel.
