Golden Leaf Apartment

Absolutely Disgusting – Do NOT Stay Here My stay at Golden Leaf was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with Airbnb. The room was in horrifying condition. There were spider webs in every corner and along every wall, clearly showing that the place had not been cleaned in a very long time. Inside the bathroom, I found cockroaches, and the smell was so intense and foul that it was almost impossible to use the toilet. The floor was covered in hair, the curtains were filthy, and it was obvious they hadn’t been washed in ages. The mattress and bed linen were extremely disappointing — the sheets were not clean, not fresh, and definitely not properly washed or ironed. It felt completely unhygienic and unacceptable. Overall, the entire accommodation felt neglected and poorly maintained. The listing was misleading, and the actual conditions were unacceptable, dirty, and unsafe. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place. I will never stay here again.

The apartment is very pleasant. There was some delay getting in due to cleaning still ongoing, but once we got inside it was very clean and comfortable. Coming by car the lack of parking makes it difficult, but we managed to pull up and unload what we needed before moving the car to an overnight car park that was very reasonable. The host is obviously doing their best here, and it shows. I would book again.

It looks much newer on the photo - the apartment is tired and furniture asks for renovation. In bathroom is a deposit of calcium. The blanket and bed-clothes are cheap and low-quality. I expected more for that price

Camera a arătat foarte bine, amplasarea unității de cazare este excelentă (la doar 10 min de mers pe jos de Operă și Bazilica Sf. Ștefan). În cameră am găsit tot ce am avut nevoie pentru un sejur excelent. Ne-am simțit ca acasă. Am comunicat foarte bine cu gazda și ne-a oferit toate indicațiile necesare. Un mare plus l-a reprezentat faptul că am putut face check-in-ul seara cand am ajuns, având în vedere că am avut zborul foarte târziu. În apropiere se află și câteva lockere unde se pot lasă bagajele contra cost.

O apartamento estava muito sujo, toalhas de banho sujas , lençóis rotos, os funcionários não me estavam a responder quando pedi toalhas limpas e apenas no dia a seguir mandaram toalhas e só mandaram pequenas junto com um senhor que não falava inglês para lhe poder explicar que não eram as certas, havia manchas pretas na parede, po pelo chão, até lentes de contacto secas havia na borda da janela

Pictures in booking.com doesn't how the real situation. Apartment is actually seperated in 2 apartments. Curtains dont close fully, apartment was poorly maintained. Electric teepot dont switch off. Switch on toilet was broken, glass wall of shower was dirty. In coffee machine was left old used full filter.
