Location was good, close to the centre but not too close.

No lights on the concrete stairs, minor injuries sustained, facilities were awful, shower was hanging off the wall, bed was hard, pillows were too small, asked for extra pillows and they weren’t given to us, also asked for an extra towel which was brought to us but it barely fit round my waist, duvet was very small and thin

Zakupiłam Golden Leaf Apartment a okazało się, że zostaliśmy zakwaterowani w innym, znacznie mniejszym o nazwie Olive Apartman. W apartamencie brak było (co oczywiście było w opisie, że jest na wyposażeniu) kuchenki mikrofalowej, piekarnika i zmywarki, brak pilota do TV. Zepsuty czajnik. Prowizoryczna szafa. Ogólnie brudno, kamienica wewnątrz katastrofa, balkon przez który trzeba się przedostać do apartamentu wywołuje ciarki. Jedyny plus to delikatesy SPAR parę metrów od wejścia i blisko centrum.

Nothing. The property was in unacceptable condition

The room was extremely dirty and clearly not properly cleaned before my arrival. The mattress had visible stains, including red stains, along with human hair and a strong unpleasant odor. This made it feel unhygienic and unsafe to sleep on. Additionally, the bed itself appeared damaged, and the overall condition of the room was poor and neglected. I even found random items on the floor upon arrival, which raised further concerns about cleanliness and safety. When I contacted the property about these issues, I received no meaningful help. My complaints were ignored or delayed with excuses, and no solution or compensation was offered during my stay. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation, I was left without support. This level of service is extremely unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property, as basic standards of cleanliness and customer care are not met.
