Golden Leaf Apartment

El alojamiento está situado en el barrio judío, con lo cual los ruin bars y la gran sinagoga están al lado.

No quise echar cuenta a las valoraciones malas porque en las fotos salía muy bonito, un apartamento con salón,cocina, baño y dormitorio, pero cuando llegué fue todo mal. La habitación era enana y me dijeron que al hacer la reserva elegí “olive apartment” en vez de “golden leaf” que era la grande pero a mí no me daba opción de elegir nada. Las sábanas no estaban muy limpias, el primer día no funcionaba la tv ni el mando del a/c, éramos 2 personas y solo dejaron una toalla grande para la ducha. Les escribí y me lo solucionaron pero tuve que esperar hasta el día siguiente para recibir la toalla y cuando la saqué de la bolsa, estaba sucia, con restos de maquillaje de otra persona. La cocina no tiene microondas, solo una mini “vitroceramica” con una olla y una sartén (la sartén no era compatible con la vitroceramica y no funcionaba) me quejé de esto y de la toalla y ni me contestaron el correo. El baño no lo habían limpiado bien, me encontré una pastilla de jabón de los anteriores huéspedes y jabón aún en la ducha. También se lo dije y no me contestaron el correo tampoco. El último día solicité dos toallas nuevas porque necesitaba llevarme las que tenía a las termas, pero para sorpresa de nadie no me contestaron y no me dieron ninguna toalla. La verdad que muy decepcionante, no me pedían disculpas de nada por correo ni intentaban solucionar, lo único que hicieron bien fue traer pilas para los mandos de la TV y a/c para que funcionaran. El edificio donde está el apartamento está fatal, tiene pinta de ser un edificio antiguo donde vivían judíos y está súper destruido, sucio, sin luz y el ascensor no funcionaba bien. Muy mala experiencia. Una pena haber pagado por adelantado.

La ubicación era excelente y el apartamento muy cómodo. Los anfitriones nos lo pusieron todo muy fácil y estuvieron atentos en todo momento a nuestras necesidades.

Nagyon piszkos, a fürdőszoba büdös igénytelen, az ágy kb. 100 éves matrac és iszonyú kenyelmetlen, hihetetlen büdös párnákkal... Sajnos éjszaka érkezett meg a férjem ezért nem tudtunk reklamálni de SENKINEK SEM AJÁNLOM! A KÉPEK NEM FEDEZIK A VALÓSÁGOT!

Olive appartmet (single bedroom - cheapest one) dirty. When I arrived it seems like they didn't even made the cleaning. The floort was dirty and full of dust, the bed had a big yellow stain and it was very stinky, there were only 2 very little pillows and they stains all over as well. The air conditioning and television we not functioning. The curtains had holes all over it and they didn't properly close. They only give you two small towels for the face. The bed is supposed to be a king bed but it has two tiny mattresses one next to the other, they both are uncomfortable and has some part missing so in the middle of the bed there's like a hole. Also the olive apartment is way worse and different than the photos. I tried to speak to the owner but his "secretary" told me i couldn't and he wasn't available. I asked for a refund, not even a full one but at least something and he told me i couldn't get the refund. The person behind it didn't helped that much, he offered clean service again and when i came back it was a bit better but still dirty, they just sprayed a lot of ambient perfume. It was honestly a horrible experience and I don't suggest this apartment to anyone ever.
