Good location and especially for the price

My boyfriend literally stepped on a glass in the middle of the room and cut his foot, there was a weird smell and you could hear every single word from the neighbours. The shower only has a curtain and is on the same level and normal floor so the bathroom is always flooded and there is no shower gel or shampoo and you’re only given 1 towel per person so nothing for drying hands etc

The location of the house is convenient, but the noise from the nearby entertainment venue was a bit disturbing at night. Also, there was no shampoo for the bathroom in the house.
