Property intially reached out to me asking me to cancel my booking due to the property needing renovation works, I contacted customer support and found out that no other bookings before my booked dates had been affected, thus I was suspicious at why they had asked me to cancel and why my booking was the only one. I refused to cancel personally due to the extra 130 euro charge. I was later told by the owner that the property was avaliable but that there was a "pricing error" and instead of my room costing 200 euros for 3 nights (the same rate for all other days listed) it was going to cost me 3000 euros. Disgusting behaviour at such short notice to my stay, would highly recommend avoiding on moral grounds.

The location was perfect for us , near some "non touristic" thermal bath's.

Everything was perfect in the flat, clean and warm. Good communication with the host.

It’s on the ground floor, street level. But for us wasn’t a problem because we spent the days exploring Budapest.
