OAZU downtown flat

Fantastic property. Host was friendly and readily available to help with any questions that I had. Property is very modern and updated. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Place was clean, well lit and very quiet. AC worked great and Transportation is very close with a Bus hub and Tram a couple of minutes walk. Small store right across the street and several grocery stores near by. I visit Budapest often and by far this was the best place I have stayed at. Very highly recommended and my opinion is you will not find a better place to stay at especially for the price.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Oazu Apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you need; the location of the apartment is amazing, really close to the Danube and the boardwalk and minutes walking distance from the city center. I booked the apartment for the Hungaroring F1 weekend and it was an amazing holiday. I will defintely book this apartment when I will come again in Budapest.

Oazu flat was very welcoming, starting with the host Zsolt (it was self check-in, but he happened to be in the area), cozy environment, all necessary stuff could be found the apartment, was exceptionally clean and positively surprising with the recycling station (not so common in other stays in Hungary). The flat is in a nice area, equipped with stores, cafes, restaurants, good proximity to centre by foot or public transport.

Could feel the humidity in the flat (even though days were hot, no rain). Humidity was visible in small patches of mold by the entry. Unfortunately it caused me an allergic reaction. It would be useful to use dehumidifier and meanwhile note the guests who could potentially have respiratory issues.

Really nice and clean apartment, very well furnished with many appliances, close to the city center but still quiet at night. The bed is super comfortable! The sitting area outside is super cute.

Location is exellent. Apartment is big, comfy and clean, you have everything you need even more of that. Zsolt is very polite and available host. All recommendations from us. :)
