OAZU downtown flat

Great location, parking on the street, free parking not so far away, host always accessible and polite, we really enjoyed there

I stayed here multiple times and everything was great, in fact, it exceeded my expectations. The apartment was clean and very-well equipped (washing machine, dryer and a wide range of kitchen appliances). The key was easy to retrieve on arrival thanks to to clear and concise instructions provided by the very helpful and responsive host.

Good value for money.

Beautiful, minimal, clean room with good location. Very easy transportation, close to all the important see sights. Everything was organised, the manager is helpful, oazu is really value for money place.

The facilities were good. The property was clean and comfortable.

The curtains were really insufficient for the ground floor apartment, we connected 2 parts to make inside invisible. (attached photo) .We ran out of hot water for shower on the second day for a while (there was a hot water tank) and after shower we realized that our hair smells rust, maybe because of old water pipes or hot water tank. The location was not close to the attraction points, like 40 mins by walk and 20-25 mins by tram.

Checkin was seamless, the flat was very nice, modern and very clean. It's really small but has everything you need for a stay. It's quite close to the center by tram so it was a good location.

It's on the street level so people can see inside through the window if they want, but you can pull down the shutters and make it impossible to peep in. It's right next to the building door which can be heard and it's kinda loud. But thankfully during the night no one was coming in/out so no disturbance during sleep.

The flat was clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed. It was convenient for me to go everywhere. And the owner sent me a message quickly when I needed to ask something to him.
