Πολυ καλη τοποθεσια και όμορφο διαμέρισμα, στο κεντρο της πολης και κοντα σε μετρο-λεωφορεια, αρκετά ζεστό ειχε και ασανσερ που μας διευκολυνε. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ηταν αμεσα διαθεσιμος και μας ελυσε κάθε απορία. Ζητησαμε check in νωρίτερα και ικανοποιήθηκε το αίτημα μας.

Το μπανιο εβγαζε μια περίεργη μυρωδια σε ολες τις μερες της διαμονης μας και το ταβανι στο υπνοδωμάτιο είχε μούχλα. Επίσης δεν λειτουργούσε το wifi, το πιστολάκι μαλλιων ενω ο φουρνος λειτουργησε μετα απο πολλή προσπάθεια. Τελος υπηρχαν μερικοι ιστοι και μια αραχνη στο υπνοδωμάτιο. Επισης τα μαξιλάρια ηταν τα χειροτερα που έχουμε κοιμηθεί ποτε. Επρεπε να βαλουμε απο κατω διπλωμενες κουβερτες ή ρουχα αλλιως δε γινοταν να κοιμηθείς. Απλα αγοραστε 2 μαξιλαρια και ενα σεσουαρ δεν ειναι ακριβα!

Find a room was bit difficult at bit dark time. Some kitchin and bath equipment was out date, and hair dryer blow up and caused main breaker downe. It little hard to figure out come from other country.

We stayed here for 8 nights and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, there was no hot water and no heating, and nobody informed us about this in advance. The hosts took a long time to respond to our messages, and it wasn’t until the fifth day that someone finally came to repair the gas boiler. Until then, we were repeatedly told to “heat water on the stove”, which is completely unacceptable for a paid apartment. The nights were cold, and there was no way to warm up the place. When the boiler was finally fixed, the water worked only with interruptions — hot and cold alternated constantly — and by the next morning, it broke down again. After we insisted on a refund, the issue was finally resolved, but the water still never became truly hot, only lukewarm. The repairmen left a complete mess in the bathroom — dirty water in the sink and shower, tools and grime everywhere — and I even had to reassemble the shower myself. They also entered the apartment without prior notice, and later we were simply informed that someone would come at specific times (14:00, then 17:00). Even the owner showed up unannounced, so we felt like we couldn’t leave the apartment freely. Communication was poor throughout. Messages were answered slowly, promises were made but not kept, and similar problems were mentioned in earlier reviews — so clearly, nothing has been fixed. The bathroom has a hole in the window (apparently for ventilation), which makes it very cold. In the bedroom, there’s a mold stain on the ceiling, traces of water damage, and dust and cobwebs behind the bed. The blinds are broken, the mattress and pillows are dirty and old, and we were given only one towel each for 8 nights with no replacements or extra bedding. The washing machine barely opens, and you have to figure out a tricky system to use it. There are also stains on the walls.

Well nothing was really good except where the place is located

The water was cold,u can’t shower,the beds arent really comfortable (the pillows aswell) so u cant really rest properly,the host wasn’t responding to any of my messages,and i find that extremely disrespectful because it was clearly he was ignoring me completely,and he only responded when we called him trough booking and didnt do anything about the situation we were in.I would not recommend this place.The heating was poor,so the whole apartment was cold the whole night,the TV is not working aswell.Im not trying to be a trouble maker but tis is outrageous at this point.

Only location is good.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The water heater wasn’t working it constantly showed error 101 and couldn’t be restarted because it was screwed shut. We had no hot water or heating during our stay, which made it impossible to take a shower or stay warm. The room had a lot of mold on the ceiling, and the bedroom window didn’t close properly, so we could clearly hear all the noise from outside. The apartment was very cold overall. There were not enough towels, and the bathroom was made of transparent glass, which made it impossible to use comfortably everyone could hear and see everything. To make things worse, the bed sheets had hair on them, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. I took photos of everything. When I reported the issues to the host, he only replied that he was sorry for the experience, but nothing was done to help.
