ARThe location and the view were great but the apartment has a few important drawbacks.
Review from March 2024. If you are thinking on booking this place, heads up: - if you are willing to sleep in a soft and noisy bed with small and soft pillows. We were there 7 days and we slept very bad. - The apartment seems to be cleaned before our arrival, but smell a lot to dust. I believe it's coming from the dust that was not collected on the furnitures and the old carpets. - If you are allergic to red ants, don't stay here! I am slighly allergic, I was bitten by one and it was not fun. They are located in the living room and hallway. - Be careful if you use any ventilation system (fan, air aconditioner, etc). We didn't realise that it was full of dust and we got sick from it. - Bring your own first aid, they don't have nothing available. - Bring your own umbrella, they can lend you one by paying (?????) - It seems to be a company who handle a few apartments in Budapest, we couldn't find the right apartment once we arrived, and we called them, but the person seems to not know nothing about the building. She just read the same instructions that we got from them and it was not helpful. For example, she said that the apartment has double door, and every single apartment in that building has that, so it was not a right clue to figure out the right door. I finally hang up and we discover by checking floors and doors - The sofa smell like dust and it doesn't look clean. They put some vinilo to cover parts that were damage. I was bitten by the ant in there. So, be careful if you use it. - If you have vertigo, I do not recommend it. It's a long, narrow hallway to walk through, and it slopes downwards, which is a little scary. - if you are too tall (+1.80), the shower could be a bit unconfortable - Some blankets and dishes placed inside the cabinet were dirty
RSLocation was perfect, quite near the Parliament. Very easy to find and reach, well connected with city traffic. The view from the window was great, we really enjoyed it. The apartment is great, with high ceilings, lovely old building. It was really interesting to have an entrance to the apartment from a small balcony inside the building.

It was confusing to have to communicate with Budapest Apartments through their app, while they only answered via email. No dedicated bread knife in the kitchen.

This property was listed as having two bathrooms. One room had a toilet and sink. The other had a shower, sink and laundry facilities; no toilet.
DEGreat Location, spacious apartment, fantastic view. Loved the style of the place—air conditioning in the main room, fan in the second bedroom, washing machine in the bathroom. Would book it again.
Just minor details, like scissors missing in the kitchen. Some of the old windows are difficult to open or close properly.
