Was very cosy

Great location, could walk to many sites plus access to public transportation. Lots of restaurants nearby plus a grocery store. Worked well for 3 people plus we wanted a washing machine. Video of how to enter very helpful.

Some street noise in morning and night (trash pickup, music from nearby club). Ceiling for Loft bedroom not tall enough for standing upright.

Great location close to everything, neat well maintained property for our family of 5

Only 1 key and cannot manual lock door internally so if some people go out to enjoy nightlife they have to lock you in, not safe in case of fire, emergency etc.

Lovely apartment, brilliant location, air con was most welcome!

Shower is a little tricky, a challenge not to flood the bathroom But a bit of maneuvering and you should be ok

Apartment was nice, modern. Location was perfect.

Nice apartment, high sealing, well furnished. We had all the appliances we need. Good value for the money.

The curtains in the bedroom were dirty. The street is very busy and very noisy, impossible to sleep with open windows. The location is perfect if you are looking for a party, many bars are very close. If you are on family vacation, maybe you should consider.

Good comfortable place and in a good Location.

The entrance gate was full of garbage. There was a dirty mattress, over 20 large garbage bags, garbage out of the bags, a ton of cardboard, etc. I'm attaching some photos because I have never experienced something like this before. The smell was horrible and everytime we went up and down the apartment one of the members gaged - It was truly awful. We contacted the host and his response was that the maintenance of the common areas was not his responsibility. He did get in touch with the building representative and they cleaned the space under the staircase after 4 days. Yet there were garbage bags in the common patio, and he insisted that there was nothing he could do. The apartment was alright and the location is good, but the state of the common areas is so awful that it makes it not worth it. We do not recommend this place.
