The apartment is clean and modernly renovated and furnished. A supermarket and many restaurants are located in the same street.

The entrance and stairs inside the building are outdated and should be renovated and lighted at night. An elevator could be very useful.

The apartment is modern inside with a good shower.

Unfortunately the noise at night stops you from sleeping. 2 very broken nights sleep. So loud till 2 / 3 am, then the morning traffic at 6 am. This is due to poor quality windows in the bedroom that don't shut correctly and need attention. Other negative is the amount of rubbish upon entry to the complex...that you can kind of forgive being a typical European city but it's still unpleasant and smelly.

It was clean, neat, and plain but nicely decorated. The apartment had everything we needed. The check in and check out instructions were well communicated.

The apartment complex was old and the entrance was a bit strange.

The property was spotless clean, modern and very well situated. There’s a grocery store and a pharmacy across the street and plenty of restaurants underneath.

Great localization, very close to various restaurants, shops, clubs, and some of turistic places. About 20 minutes walk to the river.

Due to localization, the street is very crowded, and at night it can be very loudly.

Located in a busy central area with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and pubs. Easy to reach city landmarks. Metro station is at a 10 min walking distance. The interior has a modern style design and is very clean. Guest provides very clear instructions for check in and check out. Beds are very comfortable, not too soft, not too hard. Parking garage is 5 minutes away and costs 15 EUR or 5000 HUF a day. However be prepared with cash since the automated payment with card does not work most of the time.

Sometimes, party people could get loud outside during the night. Maybe an upgrade of the still old windows would help reduce the noise. But that was more or less expected. Bedroom is really tight, no place for luggage, no night stand lights and no electrical wall sockets by the bed. Phone charging while using it in bed not possible.

I recently stayed at a hotel that left a lot to be desired. The biggest issue I had was with the shower. Despite turning the dial all the way to hot, the water often stayed cold and I had to wait several minutes for it to finally warm up. This was extremely frustrating and made for a less than enjoyable shower experience. Additionally, the exterior of the hotel was not very appealing. The building looked quite old and run-down, which did not give a great first impression. The stairs leading up to the rooms were also quite old and in poor condition, making it difficult to maneuver luggage up and down them. However, the inside of the hotel was a different story. The room was well-equipped with all sorts of amenities, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine. The interior decor was also very attractive and gave the room a cozy, welcoming feel. The bedroom itself was particularly beautiful, with a number of plants adding a touch of greenery and a plethora of pillows making it extra comfortable. One positive aspect of this hotel was its location. It was situated in a very central area, close to popular attractions and conveniences. This made it easy to get around and explore the city. Overall, while the inside of the hotel was nice and the location was convenient, the issues with the shower, the shabby exterior, and the poorly maintained stairs were significant drawbacks.

Beautifully furnitured, the place looks exactly like on the pictures. Comfortable and the location is also perfect. The communication with the hosts was outstanding, definitely recommend to everybody. :)

Absolutely amazing property. if staying in Budapest this is a fantastic option to go for.

only minor issue was the apartment block we were in was very run down and and looked a bit old. but the actual apparent itself was amazing.
