The apartment is well equipped, everything what necessary is there.

- the temperature in the apartment was too high, reaching 26 degrees and there was no option to manipulate it! It was too warm and unfortunately the noise outside made it impossible to leave the window open; - the windows were not fully closed and we couldn't close them properly, making all the noise from the outside come inside; - the apartment is a part of one bigger apartment, that was probably divided into two, that is why we shared a common entrance with other people. And unfortunately, these people were very loud, coming back to the apartment in the middle of the night and not paying any attention at all to us; the doors had a big window that is why we were also binded by the light; I am a big enemy of such apartments that share a common corridor because you never know who will be your neighbour and unfortunately this time we had bad neighbours;

The room was quite spacious, with beautiful natural light, very equipped and comfortable. It was on a great location, the smartlock was superb because we didn't have to worry about carrying keys around. We have a problem with the boiler and the communication was very good and they fixed it the same day as soon as possible. Overall I would definitely choose this accommodation again if I can. In addition, NW guest app was one of the best ways to check in. every detail needed was there.

It could be a bit more cleaner, and by that I mean, we were two people in the room, and the second set of towels and the sheets or pillow case had some stains, not particularly that it was dirty. But you know, attention to detail could be appreciated. Mine for example it was fine. Just a note for the future.

Ciężko się dostać do mieszkania , na aplikacji miały być wszystkie kody do głównych drzwi ale nie było , na szczęście miły pan podał nam swój kod do drzwi głównych więc udało nam się dostać do budynku , tak to wszystko okej

La ubicación es perfecta, además no hemos tenido problemas de ruidos. Hemos descansado muy bien. El primer día al enchufar el secador no funcionaba y la propietaria nos llevó uno nuevo. El apartamento es muy amplio y se está muy calentito. Lo recomiendo 1000000

Quizás por ponerle alguna pega, el proyector para ver la televisión tenía una mancha y no se veía bien, y las instalaciones del edificio.
