Good value on price and well located.

Slightly run down and in need of repairs as is expected but all facilities in order. Bed boards need securing better as they can fall through but it’s an easy fix. Gets hot in summer and not all fans worked.

What an absolute disappointment! The moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by dirty, dingy walls that looked nothing like the pristine, freshly painted surfaces shown in the online listing. To make matters worse, the bathroom was missing a door entirely, leaving me with no privacy whatsoever. In a room there is a mold on the wall. As I explored the rest of the apartment, I was shocked to find that the furnishings and decor were completely different from the images that had initially drawn me in. Instead of the modern, stylish look promised, the place was cluttered and dated, with spider webs coating nearly every corner. But perhaps the worst offender was the mechanical curtains, which refused to budge no matter how much I fiddled with the controls. I was left staring out at the world, with no way to adjust the lighting or gain any semblance of privacy. In the end, this apartment was nothing like what was advertised, and I would never recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained living space. Good location of the apartment, close to the train station, where we arrived. It took a maximum of 20 minutes to walk to the center and it is near the spa.

The apartment was full of dust, the floor was dirty in the corners. The curtains were torn, we got a small piece of toilet paper and we had to go to the store immediately.

Good location and really spacious apartment with 3 bathrooms and showers. Easy check in process.

No shower door in one bathroom, overall a bit old and could do with some deep clean.
