Wonderful location, within walking distance of Nyugatti train station. Close to metro and tram stations, grocery store and cake shop . The apartment is large, spacious, in an old pavilion house - so nothing luxurious, but strong genius loci. Equipped with everything you need for 10 people.

Slightly worn condition of the equipment (e.g. missing shower door, torn hinge, in some places the plaster is falling off...).

Very roomy

We rented the apartament for two nights în June, 2023. The space was big enough for 6 adults and 3 kids. The apartament was very dirty, we wanted to leave it in the begining, but we had no other solution, it was already late în the evening. All the walls corners were full of spider's web, it was really disgusting. I don't think they've cleaned it for a long time. The walls haven't been painted în years, they look dirty and peeled off. The furniture seems picked up from other places, it's low quality, outdated and often damaged. The towels were so used and untrusty, the bed sheets were very low quality, they felt like plastic. The TV didn't work.
