TERMS AND CONDITIONS Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Which means that the reservations out of this times or for weekends will be contacted through the day or night by the accommodation in order to settle all the matters related to the booking as soon as possible. But it is really important to have excellent communication with the property in order to avoid any possible inconvenience.v Before your arrival, a 50 euro deposit will be required for any breaches of the establishment's rules. As established by the law on tourist accommodation, we will charge you the tourist tax of 2 euros per person per night. Access to the rooms is based on the number of guests, and additional charges will apply for extra rooms. If you use the kitchen and dining room, you must leave the dishes and kitchen utensils clean and in their place, as well as take away the trash on the last day (extra cleaning charges will apply otherwise). We offer private parking in the same building for an additional charge of 10 euros per night. Parking must be reserved before arrival. IMPORTANT: PAYMENT of the reservation must be made through the payment gateway link that we will send you by email/WhatsApp.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

La ubicación

El apartamento está algo anticuado, las fotos no se corresponden, el parking que tiene es de pago y a la hora de la comunicación con anfitrión no fue fácil, en verdad no es muy cómodo y no invita a estar agusto

La ubicación es excelente y al contar con parking, resulta muy cómodo. Es amplio y contaba con todo lo necesario. Además, la terraza es amplia y cómoda.

Requiere alguna mejora por uso y la limpieza de cubiertos no es buena si se deja a los inquilinos. Había tazas y cubiertos sucios.

El apartamento con vistas al mar , está ubicado muy cerca de la playa , suficiente camas para una familia grande.

Que en la cocina apenas había algo de papel de cocina , y en el baño no había gel de baño ni champú. Detalles importantes que hacen más cómoda la estancia!

Lo que más nos gustó fueron las vistas al mar y la ubicación. Y la limpieza.

Cuando reservas el parking no te comentan que la entrada es bastante estrecha y si llevas un coche grande va muy justo para entrar.

Ubicación

Vivienda muy antigua, carece de amenities, aunque está limpio, no me gustó el aspecto de la bañera y las camas solo disponen de la sabana bajera y colcha. El parking solo lo recomiendo si tienes coche pequeño, está adaptado a los vehículos de los años 60..
