TERMS AND CONDITIONS Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Which means that the reservations out of this times or for weekends will be contacted through the day or night by the accommodation in order to settle all the matters related to the booking as soon as possible. But it is really important to have excellent communication with the property in order to avoid any possible inconvenience.v Before your arrival, a 50 euro deposit will be required for any breaches of the establishment's rules. As established by the law on tourist accommodation, we will charge you the tourist tax of 2 euros per person per night. Access to the rooms is based on the number of guests, and additional charges will apply for extra rooms. If you use the kitchen and dining room, you must leave the dishes and kitchen utensils clean and in their place, as well as take away the trash on the last day (extra cleaning charges will apply otherwise). We offer private parking in the same building for an additional charge of 10 euros per night. Parking must be reserved before arrival. IMPORTANT: PAYMENT of the reservation must be made through the payment gateway link that we will send you by email/WhatsApp.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Best thing about LG Sea Views is its location. Just a few steps away from the beach and the promenade. From the balcony you are able to have some sea view as well. Kitchen is nicely equitted.

Unfortunately there is no AC, only fans. There are 3 small rooms and they are locked separately. Even when you set on the Booking to rent the full apartment, you can not use all of them. In the rooms you are not able to reach the WiFi. They took 90 Euros deposit from your card and this way you are forced to do the dishes and clean the trash after you. In my opiniont it is a question of higien, if I have to use the cutlery, cups and plates after somebodys maybe unprofesional cleaning. I was using Booking over 100 times in many different countries, never had this experienes...

La ubicación está muy bien a pie de playa.

El apartamento genial, sólo un inconveniente la señora que quedó en darme las llaves vive justo puerta con puerta y todo el rato vigilando por el balcón, el último día que desocupamos el apartamento se entregó las llaves unos minutos más tarde porque al tener un bebé me surgió un imprevisto, me disculpé pero la señora se dirigió a mi con una actitud chulesca y con muy poca educación, tenía a mi mi bebé en brazos pero le dio exactamente igual. Espero que no se vuelva a repetir con otras familias, ya estáis advertidos si alquilais tener en cuenta que hay alguien vigilando, otra cosa más que añadir el hombre que vive con ella fumaba dentro del ascensor y no se podía ni entrar y tenía que bajar con mi bebé por las escaleras.
