TERMS AND CONDITIONS Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Which means that the reservations out of this times or for weekends will be contacted through the day or night by the accommodation in order to settle all the matters related to the booking as soon as possible. But it is really important to have excellent communication with the property in order to avoid any possible inconvenience.v Before your arrival, a 50 euro deposit will be required for any breaches of the establishment's rules. As established by the law on tourist accommodation, we will charge you the tourist tax of 2 euros per person per night. Access to the rooms is based on the number of guests, and additional charges will apply for extra rooms. If you use the kitchen and dining room, you must leave the dishes and kitchen utensils clean and in their place, as well as take away the trash on the last day (extra cleaning charges will apply otherwise). We offer private parking in the same building for an additional charge of 10 euros per night. Parking must be reserved before arrival. IMPORTANT: PAYMENT of the reservation must be made through the payment gateway link that we will send you by email/WhatsApp.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Great place to stay with a nice terrace with a view of the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the beds and sofa comfortable. Great place to stay!

I don't have many negative things to say.

"Lovely stay by the beach, we wanted to stay longer!"

The apartment is spacious, bright and beautiful! It has all the amenities and two full bathrooms. Many beds as well. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, markets, everything. We are overlooking the beach from our balcony, which was lovely. The woman welcoming us was very friendly and easygoing. She was also very flexible with the check in time. Lovely! This part of the beach and city were calm but yet lively. Me and my friends said we wish we could stay longer there.

The apartment was clean but with a bit of dust in the drawers and floors. We imagine it was because there was some time already since someone has been there. Nothing that really bothered us though, but it could be improved.

Close to the sea front, up on 3rd floor. Host was very helpful.

Old fashioned apartment, so not all facilities worked. Some bedrooms locked, as just two of us were staying.

The location is very nice, a bit tricky to get there with car but once you understand the roads with one way then you can manage easy. We didn't use the parking but we saw that was very easy to get in and out.

There were few to don't like, maybe the fact that almost all the terraces were closed but was normal being in end of September. Nothing to say against.

Right on the beach and close to all amenities. Was perfect for our one night stay.

There was some dificulty finding the correct apartment (possibly due to language barrier). It would have been helpful for the property to be labeled LG Seaview on the door bell.
