Great location with secure undercover parking.

Instructions to get the keys from the lock box were vague and the lock box location isn't on the street that the instructions say. Could do with an electric blanket on the bed which it did have last time we stayed.

It had everything we needed and very central. It was cosy & clean. Dishwasher, front loader & dryer. Would definitely recommend & stay again if available

The only real issue I found was locating & parking to access the lockbox for key collection was a bit tricky in afternoon traffic. Also locating the parking spot underneath apartment. The numbers seemed to be all over the place & would have been impossible without a photo.

Excellent location right next to tram stop, made it easy to head into the city. Secure parking was excellent to rely on. Apartment was clean and tidy.

Very noisy in the evenings due to vehicles going in and out of basement car park. Kitchen facilities were somewhat limited for a longer stay - we had to buy a lot of utensils etc to make our meals but would be appropriate for a short stay.

Great location and had secure parking.

Couch was not that comfy and the pull out bed, probably time for an upgrade.

Very clear instructions well before our check-in time with photos and step by step to ensure an easy collection of keys then getting into the apartment. Apartment was well fitted out and had the basics for our week-long stay. Very secure, very modern and fresh. Fantastic having a dedicated parking space. Location was perfect, close to everything and easy to go anywhere in Canberra from this property. New/modern appliances, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, kettle, toaster, iron. Great having a balcony albeit way to cold to take advantage at this time of the year!

Mobile phone reception for Optus and Vodafone is non-existent in most of the building but the wifi within the apartment was pretty good outside of peak times. TV couldn't get reception on any free to air channels and the wifi was slow during peak times (4pm to 9pm) so streaming via the app was not great either. Some of the furniture is dated and not great - e.g. chairs at dining table, sofa cushions sink below the frame when sitting on it, pots/pans have not been well looked after by other guests. Instructions for taking the rubbish out would be helpful and include which doors to check - I couldn't work it out and ended up locking myself out of the building but eventually found my way. The only real concern which would stop me from returning is the mould on the ceiling in the shower and also within the grout of the shower which I raised on the first morning and didn't get a response (granted it was a long weekend) but then no reply at all but sent other messages and responded to other messages re check-out, rubbish location, etc.

Very spacious and well located.

Apartment's location & layout very good and comfortable. Good Security. Only 3 kms to our workplace. Any issues that arose were addressed in a reasonable time frame.

The email I intially received once booked gave the wrong code for key access and there were no instructions where to pick up the key. Once on site called the host, got key location,correct code & relevant instructions re: access. Took a few calls but was eventually sorted. Once in apartment I noted there were several fry pans and a couple of pots & 1 metal bowl in the cupboard. That's OK for very short stays if you're eating out most days or using the microwave a lot, but being there for 33 days we weren't going to eat out all the time and would mostly cook at home. On the dishes/plates side there were only 2 small breakfast bowls and 6 dinner plates. It would have been great if provided with a couple of smaller plates to put a sandwich/biscuits on, a sieve and 1 plastic microwave safe bowl. Our 2nd day there we bought a sieve set, a rice cooker and some small bowls. We've stayed at a few Air BnB's now and it makes it easier and more convienient when the kitchen (while no one expects every gadget/item) has the basics like at home to do adequate cooking & esp have some smaller dishes/bowls you can actually put food in once prepared to put on the table.
