"Comfortable and relaxing"

The property had everything we needed to relax for 6 days, kitchen, laundry, comfortable lounge and dining and bedroom. Heater was excellent. Very handy to light rail for visiting sights and shopping

"Good location for our purpose"

Overall stay was good.

The supplies were not enough. There was only a quarter of a toilet roll available at the check in for 1 week stay of 4 people. Only 2 towels were provided for 4 people. Only 3 chairs were available for the dining table although photos shows 4 on the web site. Other supplies such as bodywash/shampoo/cleaning products were not enough. We checked in around 7 PM and then immediately had to go shopping as the supplies were not even enough for the first night. They should be more considerate on their customers and provide enough supplies at least for 1 night. On the day we checked in since I didn't get the instructions for check in at 3 PM previous day, I asked for the instruction. Then they sent me a contrract to sign before sending check in instructions. I booked the property 2 months ago but they sent me a contract on the day I check in. This is not acceptable at all as other properties do not have such contracts and if they want they should have given it when I booked the property so if I don't agree I can cancel and book other properties. But this way they limited my options and forced me to sign a contract whether I agree or not.

"Disappointing"

The location was very good .It was center. The property was clean . Boarding process was good and easy

The only issue i had is the sofa cum bed was unconfortable and i just could sleep on it properly and it really spoiled my vacation
