Beautiful home in a quiet, lovely location, with a wonderful view. Great base to explore the island, close to a local shop and to a few attractions. House well equipped, beautifully furnished and lots of little touches throughout the property. We had everything we needed, apart from toiletries, but we didn't mind, as we like to use our own anyway. Cleaning products, toilet paper, oil, salt, peper, etc provided. Lots of of pots, pans, plates, cups, glasses, etc. Excellent communication with the host, prompt response to any questions and kindly provided advice when we asked for information about the local area. Nice terrace if the weather allows for outdoor sitting, Bbq available, lovely garden and also, a lot of curious sheeps next door, which made our holiday even better.

We had a great time at this place so I wouldn't say there was something we didn't like. Only things I would suggest is a bit more attention to detail when cleaning he bathroom and kitchen, property could do with a lick of paint in some areas and maybe a better pillows selection, as we found them quite soft. But none of these spoilt our holiday and we had a great, relaxing time at this property and would definitely book again.

LOCATION IS EXCELLENT, PROPERTY IS VERY COMFORTABLE AND VERY WELL DECORATED, GREAT BOOK COLLECTION FOR DOING A BIT OF LOCAL RESEARCH, IT WAS JUST GREAT TO BE THERE.

THERE WAS NOTHING THAT I DIDN'T LIKE ABOUT THE LOCATION OR THE PROPERTY.

This was a real home-from-home. It was so cosy and warm and was one of the most well-equipped holiday properties I have rented. Everything was thought of.

The cottage was exceptional … spotless, well furnished, fully equipped and very comfortable.

The property was home away fro home. The kitchen was really well stocked for cooking. The house was warm and the shower was lovely and hot and great water pressure.

A beautiful homely property. Great facilities with thoughtful details which turned it from a holiday home into a 'home away from home'. Location was excellent, and helpful communication from the owners. Couldn't fault the property or our time there.

Really well equipped home from home with comfortable beds and sofa. Tasteful decoration too. We had a very comfortable stay. Thank you for the milk and biscuits too, this was a lovely touch.

This is a wonderful home actually - fully equipped with whatever you might need and more! Everything worked fantastic and we felt more than comfortable. Location is perfect for different services (close to shop, health centre, major tourist attractions), which is not the case on the Islands at all necessarily! Just a short drive from Stornoway too, so very very convenient.
