Location is pretty central but post code conflicts with properties on same street especially difficult for guests coming from outside the UK

Response time by staff is awful, headboards on bed are unclean,and staff not readily available to attend to complaints. They find it to process returning caution deposit via the same channel where the deposit was made. I've been waiting more than 24 hours to get my deposit back

Location is amazing, building is new and well maintained

Sofa cum bed was not clean and not comfortable at all. Fans were not provided while weather was warm. Bed linen not well cleaned
