Queens House Apartments Coventry

On arrival at the apartment there was water on the floor, which was coming out of a pipe under the sink and coming out fairly fast. Sorted it out and contacted the host, they said they couldn't get a plumber till the next day, but had already tried to clear the water out and was catching water in a plastic bowl, but was filling up fast. On speaking to the host he asked me to turn the waster off, which i manage to find after a bit of time. Whilst trying to stop the water the whole kitchen tap came off and started spraying water everywhere. Tried to reattach it twice, but the water kept coming. The host never apologised and blamed me for the whole kitchen tap coming off. Got moved to a different apartment in a different place, however this apartment was not fit for purpose, it was dirty. There was then an on going battle to get my deposit back, which still wasn't returned in full as booking.com did a partial refund (voucher). I understand things happen and go wrong from time to time, which I would of been fine about if things had been sorted in a more professional and caring way. The actual queens apartment would of been fine.

My stay was wonderful, great location, I would definitely rent it again, I highly recommend it

There were all the equipment & apartment was clean. Heaters were working properly

It was difficult to locate keys & doors.

Spacious, you have all the basic things that are needed, good for people that are not driving

Terrible for people that are driving because there is no parking. My car was being reversed into overnight bcos I parked by the road side. The parking is only free for 2 hours after which you have to start looking for parking and the host has no solution to the parking problem. They will take deposit and your photo ID after you’ve make payment and you will be ask to clean the property and rearrange before your payment refund £150. Yea I have to clean after myself but shouldn’t be mandatory after paying such amount per night.

The apartment is in an excellent location. Big, spacious, comfortable!

Very clean and well equipped apartment with all amenities and a good vibe. The location is very near to the city center.

Expect beds to be more comfortable and king size. Considering a family of 4 where 2 people can comfortably accommodate in one. Very smooth check in and check out process.
