Lovely self-catering apartment in city centre

This is a cosy apartment in a good location. On arrival, it was warm and felt welcoming. There are some nice touches: tea, coffee and sugar available, The bed was comfy. There was a selection of utensils to cook with. The apartment was clean. It is also in a great location for Dumfries town centre. A comfortable stay.

There was nothing I disliked about the apartment. There were a few issues trying to sort out the tv, but the host was quick to try and resolve those. Although I was a single traveller, the apartment could accommodate two or more people very easily and would be even better value for money.

Safe and comfortable house with secure access, and very kind host who meets all expectations.

The facilities were great. There was a washing machine, a full kitchen which also had some supplies. There was free parking, WiFi and a nice big TV.

We did not use the self-catering facilities, but they were adequate for those that needed them. The key thing for us was twin beds, on arrival there was only one bed made up.

The outlook to the front of the property was atrocious. It was on a run-down cul-de-sac.
