Wynyard Viaduct Harbour 2BR and Parking Zodiak Stays

Location

Lock box process, stained carpets, damaged walls, sliding door to robe recess not working. Wrong plug in iron. Exterior chairs weathers and deteriorating white dust on clothes.

The location was excellent. The apartment was an easy walk to the conference venue for my husband and very close to lots of great cafes and bars and a short walk into the main shopping precinct. The supermarket across the road was an unexpected bonus and made self-catering easy when we wanted to eat in.

The floor rug was curled up at the edges and was a trip hazard, so we rolled it up and put it out of the way. One member of our party was already in a plaster cast after breaking her right arm in a trip accident a few weeks ago. She was very concerned about the condition of the floor rug, so we removed it for her comfort and safety. It would be good if a shelf could be provided in the showers to hold the body wash, etc. - or refillable dispensers mounted on the wall would work well.

The sign at the key location says the lockbox area is on the right, but it is actually on the left. Spa/pool area was awesome. Parking included which was clutch

I thought for a 2 bedroom apt it was small.

Location was great.

The property wasn’t cleaned properly, the rules for check in, and then, the rules for check out and the 16 emails in between for a 3 day stay was ridiculous. You are expected to leave the property exactly as you found it. While paying a cleaning fee. Noise is an issue and it takes away from any positive experience.

the accommodation was really nice and clean. great location and good facilities

The instructions on how to get into the property were very very poor. we weren’t told where the location of the fob key was. weren’t told the code to get into the locked box or which hotel room we were staying at or any instructions prior to arriving. i was told i would get given the right instructions and codes the night before but never recieved it. the manager wouldn’t pick up the phone either. ended up having to message booking.com assistant online to ask how to get in. only then we’re we given the right instructions.

The property location is good.

The bedrooms are quite small. Little things in maintenance of fixtures and fitting can be done better.
