Clean and cozy apartment, amazing location, just a bit loud at night (there was a special event happening on the Rathausplatz and on the little square directly next to the apartment with loud music, this would normally not be the case and I expect it would be way more quiet at other times!).

Everything was fine, there's nothing really not to like. The apartment was clean and it was easy to communicate with the host company and find the keys etc. The only issue we had was noise at night due to the special event but that is not anyone's fault.

Central location

- bad smell in the apartament - 4th floor no elevator - very high temperature in the flat, no air conditioning, no simple fan. Owners ignored questions about fan. - high chargeback on credit card prior arrival - noise sensor in the flat, tables wrapped in plastic, lots of "don't and do"s. You don't feel welcome, you feel like you intrude.

The location was very good. We enjoyed a cold beer and dinner at Ratskellar just a few metres away. The supermarket, Rewe, is also just a short distance away. Be mindful that the supermarkets close at 8pm and is closed on Sundays. Our train was delayed so we made it just in time on a Saturday evening... (We had lots of train delays in Germany). Bus B1 takes you to the train station within 10 minutes. Busses are very regular. The kitchen had everything we needed. We stayed for 4 nights and found the apartment more than adequate for our purposes.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no lift. My mom struggled with the stairs (she is over seventy and recently had a knee replacement).
