"perfect location with MINUT monitoring your noise"

The location of the appartment is sensational being almost in the city centre with all sightseeing or shopping activities close by and in walking distance. The appartment has been renovated with love to detail and was perfect for our needs.

The owners of the appartment seem to have made unpleasant experiences with airbnb? guests with regards to payment, fake IDs, smoking and especially noise. This might be the reason for the use of MINUT NOISE MONITORS, which do provide benefits - for the owners of the appartment. As a guest I want to know about their installation before booking. I received the information about the noise monitoring a day into the rent, and do consider it not the fairest and most transparent approach. It actually made me feel not being welcome at all.

Very friendly and clear communications. I was given a range of options for parking, and chose the free street parking (in a safe area) around 15 minutes walk away. It was a beautiful evening walk back, giving a good first impression of the city.
