T8 APARTMENT ON THE BEACH

View/balcony/facilities ... spotlessy clean .. everything we needed was there .... even mosquito coils, which came in very handy..... communication via What'sApp excellent ... closeness to restaurants and shops and a lovely coffee shop/bakery. Free, plentiful and safe parking 50 feet from the building ... For 3 girls, having our own bedroom each, and use of 2 full bathrooms was perfect. The 'beach' area and veranda areas are great for an early morning coffee and swim ...

We were aware of the soundproofing problem, but it is worse than we thought.... without a seriously good pair of earplugs you will not get a good nights sleep here... from the air traffic on one side to the road traffic on the other .... Not to mention doors banging and furniture being moved around in other apartments . .not sure if it was above or below us... BRING EAR PLUGS ... regardless of which bedroom you sleep in.... It made a world of difference for us and we were able to enjoy the rest of our holiday. The building is on a main road so great care is needed when walking in and out of town at night... No mirror in one of the bedrooms ..

The location of the apartment is fantastic, it is right on the beach and the views are amazing. You get to see the sun rising and setting, it is just beautiful. The beach is lovely for a swim. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, plenty of towels and spare bedding. Very handy for local restaurants and the bus to Corfu town.

Second shower was a little small but it was no great issue.

The location of the apartment is perfect, you’ve got a wonderful view of the sea and there are a couple of nice restaurants close by. The hostess is very kind and helpful and left us a nice welcoming gift.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε καλή τοποθεσία με απιστευτη θέα στην θάλασσα.

Αν και το κατάλυμμα ήταν κυριολεκτικά πάνω στην θάλασσα, δυστυχώς απείχε κατα πολυ απο αυτό που είδα στις φωτογραφίες πριν προχωρήσω στην κράτηση. Θα μπορούσα να παραθέσω αναλυτικά τα πολλά προβλήματα του, ωστόσο επιγραμματικα θα αναφέρω κάποια ως πιο σημαντικά για εμένα. Δυστυχώς είχε πολλές φθορές λόγω παλαιότητας σε τοίχους και δάπεδα, το ένα απο τα 2 μπάνια δεν μπορέσαμε να το χρησιμοποιήσουμε εξαιτίας του βουλωμένου σιφονιού, δεν υπήρχαν σήτες και τα κουφώματα έμοιαζαν σχεδόν εγκαταλελειμμένα. Ο καναπές του σαλονιού σίγουρα θα χρειάζοταν ένα γερό καθάρισμα μιας και απο κίτρινος έδειχνε γκρι σε κάποια σημεία. Η ηλεκτρολογική εγκατάσταση του σπιτιού δεν επαρκούσε ώστε να υποστηρίξει παραπάνω απο 2 λειτουργίες ταυτόχρονα. Στις παροχές αναφερόταν οτι υπήρχε ιδιωτικό παρκινγκ κάτι το οποίο δεν ισχύει. Το σπίτι χρείαζεται μία καλή ανακαίνιση ώστε να αποκτήσει ξανά την αίγλη που κάποτε θεωρώ οτι είχε.

Het appartement was netjes, groot, de airco werkte perfect en het lag direct aan zee.

Apartamentai patiko. Tikrai pakankamai erdvės, visuose kambariuose yra kondicionieriai. Visur švara. Šeimininkė pasirupino vaišemis ir geriamu vandeniu. Tai buvo malonu

Minėjo, kad yra gultai, nes butas ant juros kranto. Tačiau gultas buvo vienas, o visa kita tik mini kedutes, kurios ir tos sulužusios. Tad nusileidus prie juros jais naudotis negalejome.

The property is located in a fantastic location, right on the beachfront. It has beautiful views and is close to many restaurants, supermarkets etc. It had free parking only a minutes walk away and the hosts were a pleasure to deal with. They left us lovely refreshments in the kitchen and there were small touches to the apartment that made us feel very welcome!

One of the 3 bedrooms backs on to the main road, so it’s very noisy and you can’t sleep with the door/shutters open. But we managed as every room has air conditioning so we just kept the door shut at night. It wasn’t a deal breaker. Would be a nice add-on if the apartment had a washing machine. They do provide a large tub though where you can handwashing items in.

First of all, our hostess was incredible. Also the house is located in front of the beach with a really beautiful view. The apartment was really clean, and it could support fully our accommodation there.
