Guests highly rate the fantastic apartment and frequently praise the excellent location.
RSFantastic apartment, all praises.

NLLocation and size of the apartment
I was very disappointed with the condition of the apartment. It was extremely dirty upon arrival — the toilet, bed sheets, and overall cleanliness were far below acceptable standards. The sofa bed in the living room was in such poor condition that we couldn't even sit on it and we needed to buy bed cover to be able to use it. This made our stay very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this property unless the cleanliness and maintenance are seriously improved.
DEThe apartment was as it was shown in pics
1. The host's behaviour was very rude. He demanded 15 Euros extra if we checked in 21:30-00:00, which we agreed to. He was also constantly upselling the idea that he would pick us up from the airport for an outrageously high amount, which we declined. When we reached the apartment at 23:00, he asked for 25 Euros. Upon asking for detailed reasons why he needed 10 Euros more, he started getting agitated and said You didn't call me from the airport, you called me again and again for finding the apartment, etc. He was not even speaking English sometimes, and was loud on top of his lungs. He finally asked to give 10 Euros or GET OUT. I was with my 2-year-old daughter and wife. My daughter even started crying, so my wife gave him 10 extra euros to leave. Later, he also messaged me that he is a "senior police officer" and can have fun with us if he wants. To which I asked him to leave me alone and let me have fun in Belgrade. 2. There was AC in the living room, but he didn't provide the remote, so it was so warm that we were sweating in the apartment all the time - not sure if the cooling even works. 3. There was no warm water at all, and we had to take cold showers - again, not suitable and against all modern hospitality standards. 4. The cleanliness was really bad, there were cigarette burns on sofas, the carpet had so many stains and didn't feel hygienic to sit around for first 2 days until we got used to that. 5. The apartment is not quiet at all, the building is very old with paper walls. We could hear construction works being done next door and during the day it was impossible to stay in the apartment due to drilling sounds. 6. The address mentioned in the profile is wrong - 20 mins walk from the actual building. He should provide coordinates. 7. The building is a low-grade residential area and not maintained at all.
