This place was good. The design and decor are stylish, and the layout makes the whole apartment feel really comfortable and spacious. The location couldn't be better. It's an easy walk to both the modern city and the old town. Bus stops right there if you need them. Having a supermarket so close and a huge park nearby for walks was a massive plus. Definitely a great home base for exploring.

The only issue we had was with the shower drainage. Every time we showered, the bathroom would flood. I’m hoping it was just a one-off problem and that it’ll be fixed for the next guest.

El apartamento 5 era amplio y la cama muy cómoda. Zona tranquila y sin ruidos, con supermercados cerca pero muy complicado aparcar

Lo peor de todo fue la ducha: la mampara no cerraba bien y el desagüe no tragaba, cada vez que nos duchábamos se salía el agua por todas partes y llegaba hasta el salón y las dos habitaciones (todos los rodapiés están estropeados e hinchados de la humedad). Otros detalles que pueden mejorarse: el dispensador de jabón estaba roto, los platos con desconchones en la pintura, el escurreplatos oxidado, toallas muy asperas, muy poco gel y sin champú, botiquín solo con betadine y alcohol, sin tiritas ni gasas, no había bolsas de basura para cambiar la del cubo (que era pequeño), tampoco paños en la cocina para limpiar la mesa/encimera después de comer, ni toalla/alfombra para secarte los pies al salir de la ducha, cafetera sin cápsulas, ... ¡¡Ojo a los que viajan con menores de dos años!! Al alojarse gratis no hay nada en el apartamento para ellos (una toalla para el bebé son 25 euros adicionales)

Apartamento bastante nuevo, Calle tranquila y a veinte minutos del centro histórico.

Falta de atención a los detalles de limpieza, escasez de equipamiento en la cocina y hormigas en la encimera. Aparte que el ascensor llevaba casi un año pendiente de revisión por parte de la Administración.

Amplio, diáfano, bien amueblado. Agradable y bonito.

Le falta un poco de mantenimiento. El sofá cama, sucísimo. La cafetera no funcionaba. Algunos platos descascarillados. Los cuchillos no eran adecuados para cortar. Faltaban elementos básicos que se suelen dejar en este tipo de alojamientos, como un estropajo nuevo, paños de cocina, alguna pastilla del lavavajillas, rollo de cocina o servilletas...no había nada

Nos gustó mucho, estaba muy limpio,un poquito lejos del centro, pero nada que no se solucione con un paseíto,no se oía nada de ruido ni jaleo para descansar bien, después de estar visitando la ciudad (que es muy bonita)una estancia perfecta

Lo mal que está el estacionamiento por allí, aunque visto, está mal en toda la ciudad (pero no es culpa del apartamento) 😜

You need to carefully read the other reviews because my experience was not "superb". On arrival, there was no one to let me into the residence. I told the owners weeks in advance I would be arriving between 5 pm and 6 pm and I was was there for 5.45 pm. I buzzed all of the apartments, but there was no reply. So I visited local cafes in search of WIFI. After waiting an hour, one of the other residents let me in. This was very stressful. Later, I let another couple into the residence (mother and son) who were locked out on arrival. I stayed 6 nights and never once saw a cleaner or any staff. All communication with the nameless owners was by email. The air conditioning did not work in the apartment - when I complained, there was no reply. The temperature inside the flat was 30+ C by 4 pm - I visited mid-April and I would not like to be there in August. Other reviewers identify that there was, in the past, someone looking after the place - Sr. Ana, but I never met this person. Other reviews complain about the AC. The property is potentially excellent, but leaving people out on the street after a long journey and relying on the residents to be the doorkeepers is not good. There was a dirty bucket of water in the flat on arrival, otherwise the place was clean and well-appointed, but the apartment keys were on a sharp piece of wire, which I replaced. Don't ask me about the pre-recorded messages on the intercom. The owners do not care about their guests and I cannot expain the ratings.
