You need to carefully read the other reviews because my experience was not "superb". On arrival, there was no one to let me into the residence. I told the owners weeks in advance I would be arriving between 5 pm and 6 pm and I was was there for 5.45 pm. I buzzed all of the apartments, but there was no reply. So I visited local cafes in search of WIFI. After waiting an hour, one of the other residents let me in. This was very stressful. Later, I let another couple into the residence (mother and son) who were locked out on arrival. I stayed 6 nights and never once saw a cleaner or any staff. All communication with the nameless owners was by email. The air conditioning did not work in the apartment - when I complained, there was no reply. The temperature inside the flat was 30+ C by 4 pm - I visited mid-April and I would not like to be there in August. Other reviewers identify that there was, in the past, someone looking after the place - Sr. Ana, but I never met this person. Other reviews complain about the AC. The property is potentially excellent, but leaving people out on the street after a long journey and relying on the residents to be the doorkeepers is not good. There was a dirty bucket of water in the flat on arrival, otherwise the place was clean and well-appointed, but the apartment keys were on a sharp piece of wire, which I replaced. Don't ask me about the pre-recorded messages on the intercom. The owners do not care about their guests and I cannot expain the ratings.

Muy cómodo, limpio y con una gran disponibilidad del host para atender todo lo que necesitas. Llegamos muy tarde y no pusieron ningún problema, y a la mañana siguiente estaban disponibles temprano. Super recomendable. La zona es super tranquila, al lado del centro y del transporte público, aunque no está en pleno casco histórico, estás allí en un paso. Calidad precio insuperable

nada, todo estupendo

Apartamento muy bonito y cuidado. Un poco alejado de la juderia y zonas más turisticas, pero un paseo de 15/20 minutos se llega. Lo bueno que es una zona más tranquila y pudimos aparcar muy cerca y no usar el coche para nada.

Se agradecería tener servilletas, champú, alguna toalla más ...

La communication parfaite avec nos hôtes L’appartement et son emplacement

La ubicación es genial, tiene cerca la parada de bus, farmacias, tiendas, restaurantes, parques y todo lo necesario, la llegada fue fácil, el apto. Tenía suficiente espacio, todo lo necesario para cocinar, lava platos, plancha, lavadora secadora, estufa, horno, microondas, balcón tanto en la sala como en la habitación.

El baño era cerrado y no tenía sistema de extracción de olores por lo que se acumulaban los olores del baño y era bastante insoportable fue terrible, le envié un mensaje a ma encargada sin respuesta , aparte el edificio no tuvo luz casi que los 10 días que estuvimos allí daba miedo costaba ver las escaleras, entrada y pasillos totalmente a oscuras
