Convenient, very neat and tidy

Getting to parking was a bit confusing

The Manager was super kind and let us store our luggage prior to actually booking in. Thank you for the early entry and late checkout, it really meant a lot.

Nothing to complain about

Kids loved watching the trains go past. The common room with the ping pong table and the bullseye were also a hit. 3 beds were comfy, and it was handy having 3 bathrooms. Excellent washing machine and dryer, and the kitchen was fine too. Location was great. Close to West End and South Bank, and public transport. Quite loud during the day with neighbours and city noise, but it was very quiet at night.

One of the beds was a bit uncomfortable and squeaky, and would've liked more seating in the lounge room.

Beds were comfy. Ensuites to each bedroom were great for our group. Large fridge. Two car parks appreciated. Handy to theatres, Southbank, public transport, restaurants. Walking distance to all the above if you have no mobility issues.

No face washers. Empty hand soap container in one of the bathrooms. Combination to open mailbox extremely hard to use. So small and almost impossible to read particularly in the dark and since it is one of the lower boxes hard to get down to try to operate.

Each person had their own bathroom

Paint work and stuff needed finishing off. Beds were not comfortable.
