Southbank Modern Luxe Apartment

Nice 3 bedroom Unit in a well maintained building with gated access; every room had its own toilet/shower, the unit was equipped with cooking facility where we enjoyed for our morning breakfast. We were told there was fitness area on 3rd level which we didnt have th opportunity to visit. Overall the location was inside city which was ideal for us; didnt use any public transport as we had hired a car so going around was easy.

The main bedroom shower area drainage system was clogged; shower water was getting flooded might be due to blocked drainage. Other than that the property is great and value for money,

Great value room for family, plenty of space, bathrooms with each bedroom, great hot water, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Table tennis table in common area just near room for kids

No heaters in bathroom but only because it was rather chilly in Brissy during our stay

The location was great. I booked this place because we were attending Magic Round at Suncorp Stadium, it was an easy walk over the bridge to the stadium and in the opposite direction was Southbank - perfect for families and buzzing with wonderful restaurants.
