This was honestly the best accommodation we have ever had. Leonie is a great host and the apartment was immaculate. It had everything we needed and more. Leonie left us some things in the fridge, including some eggs from the three amazing chickens she keeps in the backyard. It was the best breakfast we had on the whole trip! It's pretty close to the CBD, you can get there in a quick bus ride or even on foot through the amazing Roma Street Parkland. Would definitely stay there again, it was the highlight of our Brisbane adventure. P.S. Hi to Ginny and Baci ♥

Unable to access backyard, but there are great off leash dog parks close by.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 9 night stay at Victoria 53. We found the local neighborhood (between Red Hill and Kelvin Grove) charming with its Queenslander architecture, small bistros, yummy bakeries and cool art house cinema. The ever so important Woolies and BWS is just a ten min walk from the apt. We found it very convenient to take the bus downtown, but highly recommend walking to the CBD through the gorgeous Roma Street Parkland. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the modern, well-stocked kitchen. We had all the cooking equipment and supplies we needed to cook meals at home. It was also nice having a little outdoor patio in front of the apartment. It was a lovely spot to have coffee in the morning. We especially enjoyed getting to know Leonie, our host, and her pups Gennie and Baci. Leonie so kindly brought us homemade baked goods, drove us to the top of Mount Coot-tha for a panoramic view of the city, and even allowed us to tag along when she went to purchase (live) chickens! Because she’s lived in the city most of her life, she is a wealth of information and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Perfect location to Suncorp stadium, the host Leoni was perfect host going above and beyond thank you Leoni for making our stay so hospitable. The stay had everything you could ask for in a fully equipped, functional kitchen wow such a beautiful quiet place I will definitely be back.

Very neat and tidy and well equipped. Wonderful to have some pantry staples and breakfast items supplied.

The location was quieter than expected, off the main road & shielded from traffic noise by its position in the street. Everything was provided for breakfast & facilities available to cook your own meals. Lighting, cleanliness & quality of the apartment all excellent. A lot of thought has gone into the planning for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!!

We were pleasantly surprised with all aspects of this accommodation. Just like being at home. So well stocked and comfortable. Quiet and accessible to amenities. We'll definitely recommend to our family and friends. Thank you both.
