Victoria 53

Absolutely everything!! Host couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The location is in a quiet residential street, with the host registering your car plate for street parking. If using public transport, there are several bus routes within a 5-10 minute walk, most of which serve the CBD every 15-20 minutes. Suncorp Stadium is only a 20-minute walk, and Roma St approx 30 min. The apartment has a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a large living room, and a sizeable, well stocked kitchen area.

Nothing! Although chosen for its proximity to Suncorp Staium this would have been a better option and much better value than the other places I have stayed at previously in Brisbane. So the only thing I didn't like was that I didn't choose it for those earlier trips.

Perfect little unit for 2 people. Quiet location and also close to the city and Suncorp stadium. Very well equipped. On arrival we had crumpets, milk, butter, strawberries, yoghurt and free range eggs. Lots of pantry staples including tea, coffee, nesquick and sugar. The owners were very responsive to any questions and also help getting around.

The bathroom had no ventilation, it got very steamy and slippery.

Comfortable apartment with lots of thoughtful touches. Eg raspberries, milk and eggs in the fridge when I arrived. Really easy to get to public transport and shops.

Well set out unit in a very convenient location! Leonie and Grace were great hosts! Would definitely stay again.

The unit was a lovely. Spotlessly clean. Tasteful decor, comfy bed, friendly and helpful host. Little extras for a travelers such as condiments, sauces, fresh eggs (from host's hens), fresh fruit, milk. Centrally located yet quiet.

Excellent accommodation. Clean, well appointed. Quiet location, comfortable walk through parkland to city. Excellent host who was very friendly and helpful. Great value accommodation.

Nothing to dislike

Victoria 53 was a wonderful surprise. There were fresh laid eggs, croissants, milk and all the condiments you could think of. The main bed was so comfortable and the couch that became a bed was the best couch bed my friend had slept on. There was shampoo, condition and body wash, fluffy towels and even wash washers. We were able to use the washing machine as well. The area is hilly but not so hilly that you got puffed. The supermarket and some café and bus just a short walk down the hill or up the hill were a couple of other shops and a bus stop as well. Can highly recommend Victoria 53 if you are stopping off in Brisbane

Can't say there was anything we didn't like Maybe bigger coffee/tea mugs as my friend and I like a big cuppa Maybe a screen door and a few screens on the windows. (just a personal thing)

The apartment was lovely. Good facilities & spacious. Good bathroom. We arrived ataer than planned and, unfortunately, feeling unwell from something we had eaten at Sydney airport before our flight to Brisbane. Arrived on a Thursday evening and didn't really step out side the apartment until past midday Saturday. We had everything we needed to see us through the time we were ill and in truth couldn't have been in a better place.. On the Sunday we actually managed to get out in Brisbane, and when we returned from the trip Leonni was kind enough to drive us up to a local lookout point so we could make the most of the time we had left there.
